Lost seed phrase
Unfortunately, we cannot recover your account without your seed phrase. This is by design for your privacy.
Payment not confirmed
Blockchain confirmations can take a few minutes. If your payment is not reflected after 10 minutes, contact us with your transaction hash.
Which client should I use?
Windows/macOS/Linux/Android: Hiddify. iOS: Streisand. Import your subscription key and all protocols will be available.
